On Sept 23 General Keith B. Alexander (Director of the National Security Agency, Commander United States Cyber Command USCYBERCOM) testified before the House Committee on Armed Services where he outlined the current state of US CYBERCOM.  Alexander likened the convergence of Joint Functional Component Command for Network Warfare and the Joint Task Force-Global Network Operations to “swapping out the engine of a race car at high speed.”
